    If you or someone you represent is a good fit for Roots, we invite you to submit a nomination.

    If your nomination is accepted, you and a senior Roots interviewer will go on a virtual journey through the neighborhoods, locations and the seminal experiences that shaped your life.

  • 3. Creation

    The Perigo platform and professional content producers transforms the conversations into cinematic, interactive Roots experiences, a new media type that is grounded in place, identity and context. 

  • 4. Multi-channel publishing

    The Roots experience will be available on Perigo's sites and apps. It will be embeddable anywhere on the web, with excerpts published on Youtube, podcasts and social media.

Is there a cost to be featured in or view a Roots experience?

There is no cost or any other commercial consideration for being accepted and featured in a Roots experience, or viewing one.

How will it manifest on the Perigo app?

Aside from being able to be viewed in a browser, all Roots experiences will also be published as a Perigo Guide, available at no cost.

The Roots content can be experienced when a user gets a Roots Guide on the app. The Roots content will also play when the user is in or searches for the geographical locations covered in the experience, in the language set by the user on the app.

What to expect before and during an interview?

Preparation for the interview: Gather your thoughts, and make some notes about the places and experiences that shaped your life. 

For the interview: a good high resolution camera set up, high speed internet connection on a good quality computer.
